About Louise
I qualified as a fitness instructor back in 1999 and it was the best career decision I could have made because in the last 21 years I have had the opportunity to teach all kinds of different styles of fitness group exercise to so many wonderful people. From the old fashioned Hi-Lo Aerobics, Step Aerobics and Legs, Bums ‘n’ Tums to Body Pump, Zumba, HIIT, and now my one of my favourite which is Fitness Yoga, not to mention the great fun of Line dancing.

There is a main thread that runs through all of my classes no matter what the class is and that is the lovely friendly atmosphere. It is very important to me that anyone that comes to a class feels comfortable and welcomed and that they feel happy to be there. If someone feels self-conscious I always want to help ease their mind by making sure they know it really doesn’t matter if they don’t have great coordination, or they are unfit or they don’t feel very flexible. I want them to have a happy, fun and enjoyable time getting fitter.
If you ‘enjoy’ the exercise you are doing, you’ll stick to it and you’ll make it a part of your every day life. That is the true key to a healthier, happier body and mind. Treat your exercise like you do when you have to brush your teeth or eat your dinner.
